Patriarch Vladimir Borisovich Katlinchuk, who took his station over a century ago, has dedicated his life to the faith in a manner few ever have. Once a bogatyr, he retired once his frame became too frail and his mind erased memories related to the work to preserve his mind.
Not long after, he was made a Patriarch under the Kopperian Patriarchate, acting as leader to billions of Kopperians in his home sector before being moved to the 9th fleet once the church was made aware of the expansion plan. The church, hoping to keep watch over their flock, dispatched him to act as their Patriarch.
Upon arrival, Vladimir was met with deep respect from all levels, and quickly went to work stabilizing the church from aboard the KIF Presledov.
