Description: Tarthagenians are humanoid people with tortoise like features like rough, bumpy skin with skin color ranging from sandstone to a light sage green. Tarthagenians live further inland away from the sea and grow to the same size as humans on average. Tramens are humanoid people with turtle like skin with smooth, slick skin and webbed hands and toes. Tramens have skin color ranging from light sea blue to a dark forest green. Tramens live along the ocean and grow to the same size as humans on average.

Strengths
1. Both feature a hard shell exoskeleton that grow off their back before falling off during puberty. These old shells were dipped in iron and used as shields by their old civilizations.

Historical Information
Tarthagenians and Tramens have a long history of hating each other. Six huge wars were fought between these two different people who formed their own massive civilizations. These six wars are collectively known as the Tashur Wars. They presented an early opponent to The Confederate and a lethal combatant. The Battle of Tsar’s Bluff was one such battle where two thousand Tarthagenians and Tramen’s used premade concrete fortifications and iron shields to hold their ground against five thousand Confederate soldiers. The two thousand combined Tarthagenians and Tramens killed and wounded three thousand Confederate soldiers in their last stand.
