Historical Information
Developed by Yuri Makarov for the warships of Anatoli Sidorov to be able to accurately track space objects based on the air search radars of the Terrarian Navy. While they keep their original functionality of tracking objects inside the atmosphere it was discovered that in space due to lack of interference the software of the radar needed some altering to be able to detect correctly the contacts while in space environments. This lead to the developement of a disk with the coding for the radar for working in space thus giving it the nickname spacedisk
