Consolidation Thread: NA
Appearance: Tybog is an average posture Ostrian man in his 30s, with his body not built or toughened up.
Character: Usually trying to preserve his calm, not really into the over-aggressive style the officers tend to adopt, Tybog is as methodical as he is understanding. Though he does not spare discipline, he does feel a certain responsibility to his subordinates.

Strengths
+ Good Soldiers Follow Orders. Tybog is a loyal soldier, and will stand by his orders with significant determination, hard to submit to fear or panic.
+ Father to his Men. Tybog has been a leader by example, and will always lead from the front, and inspire his troops, making his presence in and of itself a morale boost.
+ Trench Specialist. Tybog has served in the Trench Infantry corps of the Iron Guard in the past, making him expert in engagements within trenchworks, or moving in cover through muddy terrain.

Weaknesses
- Unfit for a fighter. Although a professional soldier, Tybog is no warrior, and will struggle against a tough opponent.
- Unarmored. Being part of the Iron Guard, Tybog's equipment does not include anything close to considerable protective gear, putting him in disadvantage when engaging in close quarters.
- Too traumatized. Tybog has been through hell and back, during his service, choosing to distance himself from any extreme idealism or convictions as he feels it would cloud his judgement. A matter that may easily attract the attention of an Inquisitor of the Iron Cult, if expressed in the wrong audience.

Historical Information
Perhaps one of the most cool-minded officers of the 88th, Tybog has been a voice of reason within the ranks, and a favoured officer by the troops for his fair judgement and understanding behavior. Initially a baker's son, Tybog became homeless after rebels burned the village his home was located, in Oldenn. For several weeks, he followed a refugee caravan, until they crossed paths with the Iron Guard's relief force. A teenager, at the time, Tybog volunteered to serve as a camp follower, and tend the wounded of the army, while they campaigned against the rebels in Oldenn. There, he met the Plague Doctor, @Euthanor Nachimar who also served in the army's contingent as a newly appointed doctor.
Euthanor and Tybog became friends, with the latter being convinced to join the Iron Guard, in order to make profit for the rest of his family that were now left homeless. After some years, Tybog was recognized for his purity of purpose and obedience, signing himself again and again, until he became a professional.

As years passed, Tybog followed the 88th in their campaigns, climbing the ranks until becoming a Captain, receiving command of his own detachment. He favoured honesty and cooperation, while he tried to remain a man of the troops, contrasting the harsher and much more aggressive way of commanding other more traditionalist officers employed.
