Unit Description: These units unit wear a light, practically nonexistent layer of durasteel armor. The armor has green stripes painted on with the Zalkurta triangle on the shoulders. The Zalkurta triangle is a triangle that point to the mind, heart, and muscles. They rely on the force and their lightsaber to stop incoming blaster fire.
ATTRIBUTES
Strengths:
1. Trained in force. Uses force to increase overall speed.
2. Zokot lightsaber DM’s. Fast, Offensive focused lightsaber techniques.
Weaknesses:
1. Thin armor. Weaker to blaster fire than regular armor worn by regular infantry.
2. Slow replacement speed. Aren’t clones and need to be trained with the force.
Historical Information:
The Zalkurta dynasty had ten temple along the Zular river before the Zakuur clone wars. Before the war they wore dark green robes tied tightly to their waist and fought in the forests training to be able to be fast in and out of the forests. It is in verified records that some warriors fought naked claiming the specially made robes made them slower.
During the Zakuul clone wars, the time where mass production and standardization of different practices were introduced, the Zalkurta dynasty were heavily opposed to it. This is largely because this dynasty believes in personal independence and mass production and standardized training made everyone look the same. Despite this they themselves had to follow suit and ended up standardizing how they trained.
During the Zakuul clone wars it is recorded that four of these knights traveled a hundred miles and over a week wiped out an entire temple. Who exactly the temple belonged to is unknown and only the fact that multiple sources recorded it makes it apparent it was a big feat.
Modern day Zalkurta temples welcome anyone and everyone to train under them from the young age of ten. They are trained to use the force and become faster and more maneuverable. just like before the Zakuul clone wars this dynasty teaches any techniques that increases one’s personal speed, Sith or Jedi. They also teach that a lightsaber doesn’t need strength to severely wound or kill someone.
