Operation Thunderstorm, started by the Holy Galactic Republic Empire, began as cruisers began orbiting the planet of AHCH-TO without entering its gravitational well. Shuttle after shuttle of troopers were dispatched to the surface as Imperial Star fighters patrolled the sky. Not like it was going to matter. Imperial soldiers quickly secured the entire planet according to official reports.

Engineers were sent in and began the massive construction process starting with turning the entire planet into engineers were brought in to oversee the terraforming of the planet. This involved replacing island sand with grass and dirt and dumping a massive variety of chemicals into the highest part of the planet's atmosphere.

A large cloning facility began being built in the clouds with several thousands of construction workers. More and more ships came in with infantry as the entire planet was overseen by military personnel and civilian advisors. The entire affair was overseen by Captain Corsair, her dark brown hair neatly tied behind her head as she stood on the deck of her carrier. Her ship stood guard next to the beginnings of the Liberty, Consecutor, Valiant, and Crusader.

“Ma’am. The cloning facility is coming underway nicely. We should have it done by the end of next day. More pre-manufactured parts are on the way.” Officer Madlyr said with a salute. She simply nodded with a slight smile to herself.

Captain Corsair was informed that a majority of the troops returned to their ships due to a small amount of land on the planet. Underwater cloning facilities and planetary ring defensives would be constructed.

“Have you seen those fancy pilots? Fancy black and red armor and modified star fighters. What makes them so fancy. Flying patrol paths for these new fangled ships called Liberty, Consecutor, Valiant, and Crusader?” Connor said angrily as he welded some pre-fabricated parts together.

“They’re built differently. Cloned from some special batch or what not. I heard they had to make the chest plates special due to an odd genetic development.” Conner spoke after his friend didn’t respond. His friend grumbled as he welded the pre-fabricated parts. His friend was older and more the dark, silent type.

“Do you think those fancy special female cloned street fighter pilots are more bottom heavy?” Conner spoke up again over his headset.

“Do you ever shut up? All I hear is you constantly rumbling and it is just plum annoying.” Fulcrum spoke, very annoyed.

“You are not that old. You still have several years left on you. Surely you still swing around. Still want a girlfriend for later on in life.”

“I am already married. I find it a nuisance to hear you going off as you are.”

“You are? Huh. Well, anyway. I still need to get myself a wife and I want one of those fancy pilots. I heard they’re really good.”

A helmet slammed into his head before he could finish. He grumbled a bit and rubbed his head.

Connor grumbled as he yawned as his alarm buzzed and he got up, noting that it was dinner time for his break for dinner. He yawned a little and out away his gear as he headed towards the cafeteria. He barely noticed elite fighters fly past the beginning of the Liberty, Consecutor, Valiant, and Crusader as he yawned, and checked his watch. He stepped in the line for food and wiped his forehead a little. The thump of boots came up behind him and stopped.

He turned and looked before his heart started beating rapidly. The pilot adorned in black armor with red stripes took off her helmet, smiling at him as she sucked in air through her pair of delicious looking lips. He chuckled as he got an idea and smiled back at her.

“Hey girl. Good work on the promotion.” He spoke with a smirk. She raised an eyebrow.

“What do you mean promotion?” She inquired with a raised eyebrow.

“Well. Last time I checked you were also an engineer.” He spoke. She looked like she was about to say something. He watched as the lightbulb in her head turned on. She groaned in pain.

“I see you landed on your head when you were pulled out of the pods.” She spoke in disappointment as she furrowed her brow at him.

“Phah. Helped me gain confidence to ask out a chick. So. You wanna go out after work?” He asked bluntly. She groaned and agreed. He silently cheered to himself.

Connor smiled as he went through the line silently screaming success inside his head. He had landed a day out with one of the elite pilots in the Holy Galactic Roman Empire. His brain went to the gutter as he set mashed potatoes on his tray. He grinned widely as he made his way through the line scratching at his nose. The other four friends of the fighter pilot were behind her just in line.

“I heard a few engineers are going underwater to begin setting up underwater facilities. Gonna drop a rock to the bottom of the sea is a wicked idea.” Conner said as he watched her put several pounds of Nakuul noodles. She looked at him out of curiosity.

“What are you looking at? Yeah, I am getting Nakuul noodles because it tastes good.” She spoke as she furrowed her brow at him. Nakuul noodles tasted extremely bitter to everyone and not many people liked it.

“Well. Considering how curvy you are I guess it makes sense that you need all that protein and nutrients. You gotta maintain that fine figure.” He spoke with a smirk, getting chuckles and groans from a few others in line.

“Anyway. Have heard you about the construction of the Liberty, Consecutor, Valiant, and Crusader. High command has been running us rampant with drill after drill.”

“Yeah. A little. I heard they’re supposed to be flagships against our enemies. Dreadnoughts or something like that. I think the names are a bit stupid.” He states with a shrug.

“Yeah. I think they could’ve done a better name choice with the Consecutor. I mean I think I get what they’re going for but the Liberty, the Valiant, the Crusader are good names. Anyway, how’s construction coming on this cloning facility?” She asked as she smiled at him.

“Eh. It’s coming along. The prefabbed atmosphere platform required some additional work before it could be unloaded. The safety inspectors said it’s up and running now at maximum efficiency and capacity. My crew is working on getting the medium turbolasers up and running.”

“Oh? Who's working on the reactor? Doesn’t that need to come first?” She asked as she paused a little. He shrugged.

“Not really. The platform has built-in batteries. The engineers over there would have an entire month to put in the reactor if the rest of the station was built.” He spoke enthusiastically. She paused a little and he knew she found it boring.

“Well your fighter is a feat of engineering itself. I heard you requested an engine with more maneuverability and a higher max speed. I think you made a good deal of people very annoyed by that request. I didn’t think you could make an engine smaller but they did.”

“Ah, I see you heard about that. I didn’t know someone who works on Ahch-To like you would hear about that?” She said as she chuckled awkwardly.

Meanwhile, Lewis stood inside the hull of the Liberty breathing in the air in his tank. It sat beside the Consecutor, Valiant, and Crusader. His pressurized suit moved around his joints as he slowly welded a large chunk of the hull into place onto the ship. It was weightless in space. The massive dreadnought still had a long way to go before it was done being made but he thought she was already looking beautiful.

Fighter class star fighters flew overhead, there primarily red color streaked with black making the customized star fighters stand out. He whistled a little to himself before he disembarked from his job once it was shift change and headed back inside the mobile space dock. He entered the airlock with a few other engineers, the airlock door closing behind them. It opened up after the routine finished and let them enter the pressurized atmosphere of the station where other engineers were.

He entered the changing lounge and took off his helmet, sucking in air. He changed into his regular uniform. The other engineers inside changed into their gear. He figured there were several thousands of people in several different halls in the space station. He flexed his shoulders as he found a couch and fell asleep on it. It wasn’t a long sleep, sadly.

Conner groaned a little as he out his gear back on and went back to work for the last four hours of his shift, energy drink in hand. He began construction on the underside of the platform attached to it with an extensive cable network and jet pack just in case. The sound of two custom modified ties of the HellHounds Corp roared through the air as two fighters dove towards the planet's surface. He rolled his eyes a little.

“Soon this battle station will be fully operational.” He joked to himself as he investigated the underside of the platform for any defects and faults. He didn’t find any though and slowly made his way back up to the top of the platform at the end of his shift. He muttered something to himself before moonwalking backwards with a wide smile.

He barely got atop when two guys shouted “watch out” as metal fragment flew straight at his chest. He didn’t have time to dodge it and winced as he was knocked backwards and fell off the air. He winced as the safety cords caught him in midair and he quickly checked his chest. He paused and let out a sigh of relief as the plastic chestplate had stopped the shrapnel.

He looked up at the air at the construction stations that were building the Consecutor, Liberty, Valiant, and Crusader.

Conner wiped his nose as he got back on top of the platform and pulled a chunk of metal out of the cracked, thick plastoid chestplate. He looked at the two guys who had somehow messed up lowering a pylon into place and had just fixed their mistake. They apologized enthusiastically and he went inside as he shook his head as the Liberty, Consecutor, Valiant, Crusader, and those elite Hellhound Squadron pilots.

It wasn’t out of any real anger but just some minor inoccurant distaste at the general array of things which he couldn’t change. He entered the supply room and tossed the destroyed plastid chest plate down the recycler chute before grabbing a fresh chestplate. His helmet was still fine which he counted as a blessing.

He was just about to head out ten minutes early when he spotted four soldiers walk through the area, there armor painted in the blue security colors. He watched as they investigated tools before shrugging a little to himself. He raised an eyebrow as one of the security officers took out a welder and quickly disassembled and reassembled it again.

He shrugged and went to his bunk room in the area and he flexed a little to himself. He rubbed at his nose as he fell asleep into the bed and started to slowly go off to bed.

Carly grumbled to herself as she piloted her modified fighter craft alongside the sides of the different cloning platforms. She smiled a little to herself as they all looked like they would be coming along well. She rubbed her nose and relaxed as the fighter vehicle responded to every slight movement of the joystick.

She smiled as she yanked the joystick backwards and sent the pilot upwards into space with its engine whirring. She brought her cockpit around and caught sight of the four sisters. The Liberty, Consecutor, Valiance, and Crusader were being built. She took a picture of the four ships under construction while she was upside down.

She figured that the funny looking construction worker would appreciate the larger view of the four ships using a camera she illegally snuck into her fighter. She continued piloting the ship as she took some more pictures from above the four massive ships as her wingman flew along behind her.

Eventually her wingman and her were called back to high command and they flew back to the nearby carrier, flying into the hangar. As soon as the fighters touched down the modified fighters were immediately tended to by the hanger crew. She was helped out of the pilots seat by some nice hanger crew as others begun working on her fighter.

She disembarked from her fighter craft and gave the old Hellhound fighter a pat on the side loving the crimson red paint job. At this point she supposed it was her favorite color. She entered the main base of the hallway and made a few calls with some people and found out the room of that construction worker. She figured he’d like the pictures.

She removed her helmet and knocked on the door of the construction worker as she held onto the printed out pictures of the Liberty, Consecutor, Valiant, and Crusader. The dude was probably passed out on his bed sleeping and couldn’t answer the door. She decided to tuck away the photos into her helmet and wait to hand them to him some other day. She walked away and headed to the cafeteria.

She headed to the cafeteria and was joined by the only two other female Hellhound squadron pilots. Catalina skipped along as Maria walked next to her like a normal human being, unlike Catalina. Catalina spun around as she entered the cafeteria first as she could barely contain her energy. Maria and her got into the buffet line after Catalina did.

“So. Have you two gone out yet? Has he taken you to a movie? Has he gotten to first base? What’s his favorite hobbies? I need the gossip.” Catalina spoke excitedly as she couldn’t wait to hear anything excitedly.

“Ease off will you. You are like the little sister, the Consecutor, nosy and no one is sure how you got here. You are a nuisance sometimes aren’t you?” She teased. Catalina rolled her eyes and shook her head in a bit of humor. She grumbled a little to herself as she flexed a little.

“No. I am just curious because you rarely go out or date anyone. It’s just odd how out of anyone you wanted to date you end up with some construction worker.” Catalina spoke as she wrapped her arm around her neck. She flexed a little as she adjusted her shoulder a little.

“I think he’s ugly in a cute kind of way. I also think he’s got the potential to be hilarious.” She defensively stated as she shot Catalina a look of annoyance.

“Well I’m still curious when you will introduce us to him. We are supposed to look after each other.” Maria spoke softly as she leaned against her shoulder.

“All in good time, ok.” She spoke in annoyance as she finished loading up her plate full of food and protein. She went to an EMP table in the cafeteria and sat down followed by her best friends. She shoved a fork full of meat into her mouth.

Meanwhile, Lewis woke up early and stretched. He was silently appreciating that it was the weekend and he slowly walked away with a bit of stretching. He groaned as he appreciated not having to work on the Liberty. He didn’t mind working but it was all hard work either way. The Consecutor, the Valiant, and the Crusader were ego projects as far as he cared.

He yawned as he walked through the hallway to the entertainment section of the station and made his way into a small movie theater specially built into the mobile construction station section. He watched whatever movie was playing which didn’t look to be that popular of a movie as only one other person was there.

A Hellhound squadron pilot was also in the movie theater and seemed to instantly notice him. She raised an eyebrow and moved to sit next to him. He groaned silently to himself as she plopped down next to her with a smile.

“Hello sweetheart. I’m Maria. You look fancy in those nice clothes of yours. Wanna go out.” Maria, the Hellhound Squadron, spoke as she tried to get closer to him.

“No thanks.” He states as he scoots away from her and just paid attention to the computer, yawning a little as he relaxed into the movie theater seat.

Maria frowned a little as she sat down and flexed her back a little, yawning a little. She frowned in annoyance as he scooted away and she begrudgingly went back to watching the movie. He grumbled a bit to himself as she seemed to relax in the seat.

“My friend got hooked up with a construction worker. Figured I’d see if I couldn’t”. Maria said a tad disappointed that he didn’t go for her. She scratched at her chin a little and she frowned. She flexed her back a little.

“I know. I know. You women have always struck me as emotional, fickle, beings.” He spoke as he flexed his shoulders a little

“Men have always struck me as emotional as stone statues but I’m always out here looking for a guy.” Maria stated blankly as she leaned back in the seat. She looked towards him a little. He had started ignoring her as soon as she began talking. He didn’t have time for her.

“Ignoring me again? That is bizarre. Usually guys like hearing cute women talk.” She spoke as she furrowed her eyebrows a little. He was too busy watching a force user in black and right wearing a fancy robe and hair tied up in a bun fighting off a gang of drug lords.

Conner smiled as he had accepted the woman into his room. He accepted the woman into his messy room which was less his room and more a shared room. The bedroom had four bunk beds where three other people who shared the bedroom also slept. He called it his room because he always worked day shifts while his three roommates worked night shifts aboard the Liberty, Consecutor, Valiant, and Crusader. He never even saw them as his roommates always went to work an hour before he did. They were electricians while he was a structural engineer.

“By the way. My name is Carly. I’m not sure I ever told you that.” Carly informed him as she moved through the front kitchen segment of the room and sat down on the couch. She had left her uniform and helmet back in her own room on the carrier she had been assigned to.

“Sweet. I suppose that that is pretty cool. Anyway I don’t have much in terms of ingredients to cook. I have prepacked food. There’s some dried steak and corn beans.” He spoke as he investigated the fridge. He paused to look up at her and found her investigating one of his roommates' dressers.

“I wouldn’t look in there if I were you. I’ve never met my roommates so they may be complete degenerates. Either way, I don’t want to get in trouble with them anyway.” He spoke as he grabbed some prepacked food and heated them. Carly raised an eyebrow and before shrugging and shoving the drawer closed and turned on the television.

“So you sort of just let your roommates stuff be and have never even got curious to take a peek?” Carly asked as she settled on a dramatized movie focused on carriers and space fighters. He shrugged as he came out with the prepacked food.

“Nope. What is mine is mine and what is theirs stays theirs. You know.” He spoke, smiling at her. She raised an eyebrow before shrugging a little. She simply nodded.

Connor smiled a little to himself as he sat on the bed with a wide smile. He enjoyed the movie with Carly as he sat on the bed. They were watching the movie for a good time before the door to the room opened and one of his roommates came in. The roommate tossed their charred black helmet and chestplate onto the floor and went into the bedroom.

“Huh. That’s new.” He said as Carly raised an eyebrow. She got up and picked up the chestplate, examining it.

“Electro-damage. Backfire probably.” Carly said before his roommate came out flexing her shoulders. Carly got closer to the bed and let her pass by.

“Had no problems with the base Electronics systems off the Consecutor nor the Valiant or the Crusader. Go over to the Liberty, they said. It’ll be fine, they said.” She said to herself as she left the room in casual wear. Carly and him just sat there in silence

“Mental note. Take an IQ test in the morning to make sure I’m not stupid. How didn’t I know I had a hot woman as a roommate.” Conner spoke in annoyance as jokingly threw his hands up in anger. Carly shrugged before going back to her spot on the bed and watching the television.
“Well. Is Hellhound Squadron pilots don’t take IQ tests.” Carly joked as she went back to watching the television.
