Description: A fairly big shipyard in a fjord at the northern part of Terraria

ATTRIBUTES

    • Atmosphere Type: (What type of Atmosphere does the planet have?)

    • Climate: Terrestrial Arctic
    • Terrain: Combination of high mountains, steep cliffs, coniferous forests and deep, crystal, prone to icing, sea waters
    • Point of Interest: 3 long length berths (300 m x 100 m) able to elongate themselves by connecting themselves with other floating berths and 2 medium sized ones (200 m x 30 m). It is connected to the rest of the world via road and train tracks but also has a helipad on its administrative building for MEDEVAC situations. By the time Sidorov Shipyards became Sidorov shipyards, a new administrative building was erected along with an other building for Research and Development and a third one with dorms and cafeteria for the engineers and general personnel. The facility also is manned by bots and there is both a recharge station and a a small repair shop also manned by bots for maintenance and repairs from other bots. The whole establishment is powered by underground power cables and there exists an underground substation to degrade the current to usable currents for the shipyard. There also exists an bottomless underground bunker to store fuel along with an emergency generator to power emergency and essential machinery. As mentioned before the ship yard also has floating berths. Currently the shipyard and 2 200 m by 100 m floating berths that utilize a tug to be maneuvered around. As mentioned before they can connect with each other and with any of the long berths.
    • Secret stuff: Near the shipyard there exist a naturally formed cave, with entrance size of 25 meters wide and 7 meters high and depth of 50 meters with a huge opening and air pocket. While currently rests as a nice natural cave there are plans to utilize this space in the future.

Strengths
Safe from most of natural phenomena
The way the shipyard is organized helps for minimal transportation from storage to berths and from import stations to storage

Weaknesses
Sea is prone to freezing making the presence of an icebreaker mandatory
Due to the northern climate the road and tracks are prone to blocking from snow and ice demanding a dedicated winter maintenance center for both rail and road.

Historical Information
The shipyard was originally built by Pavel Petrosky under the condition that he would have 5 hulls ready to present at the next shipbuilding expo and to continue operations a payment of 100000 Galactic Credits. The hulls, heavily inspired by the designs of an other planet from a long time ago, were delivered on time and were successfully presented at the following Shipbuilding Expo but due to them being unconventional compared to mainstream Corellian or Kuat-built ships they didn't sell thus not providing the money needed to continue operations so everything was stored and left there for until the dept is paid.
