Description: N'orlannia is a vibrant, swampy planet with sprawling wetlands, mist-covered bayous, and glowing cities perched on stilts above the water. Its skies are often lit with twin moons, and storms roll in frequently, drenching its streets in warm rains. The air is thick with humidity and the scent of exotic spices. The planet serves as a bustling hub for traders, mercenaries, and adventurers. Its capital city, N'orlannia, thrives on its lively markets, shadowy underworld, and deep connections to the Force, making it a hotspot for Mandalorians and the witches of N'orlannia alike. Located between Nar Shaddaa and Hosko allows easy access to agricultural materials and easy freelance and underworld work. The people of N’orlannia are known as the Orlannians, a hardy and resilient group who embrace both the mysticism of their swampy homeland and the constant flux of galactic politics. They are skilled navigators of the planet's winding waterways and masters of unique swamp-tech—a combination of repulsorlift vehicles, amphibious droids, and water purification systems.
Orlannians are famous for their music: a soulful blend of rhythmic drumming and melodic tones played on unique instruments made from local flora. Their festivals are legendary, with glowing lanterns drifting over the swamps while crowds gather in celebration.

Historical Information
During the Great Migration, waves of settlers from both Hutt Space and the Republic sought refuge on the lush, mysterious planet of N'orlannia, attracted by its abundant natural resources and rich, Force-sensitive environment. The capital city, once a shining beacon of intergalactic unity, became a sprawling metropolis built atop vast swamps and winding waterways. Its towering structures and floating walkways were an emblem of the planet's prosperity, brought on by the convergence of diverse cultures and species.
As the planet thrived, Force-sensitive beings, drawn to the potent energies of N'orlannia's unique ecosystems, formed a powerful and secretive order known as the Luminous Quarter Witches. These practitioners harnessed the planet's innate connection to the Force, weaving Maggick. The witches guided the planet's prosperity, shaping its political and spiritual direction, while cultivating peace and growth across the population.
However, N'orlannia's tranquility was shattered when Mandalorian clans began settling on the planet, attracted by the planet’s resources and strategic location. Initially, the Mandalorians coexisted with the witches, providing a stabilizing military presence in exchange for trade and protection. This delicate balance was shattered when the Great Burning occurred,an unprecedented city wide wildfire that ravaged much of the capital. The catastrophic disaster decimated the city, leaving behind a broken and demoralized populace.
Amid the ashes of the Great Burning, a new leader emerged from the Mandalorian ranks: Garerd Mercla, a cunning and ruthless clan leader. Mercla discovered a way to track the Witches' magickal rituals, sensing the ripples of Force energy whenever they practiced. Seeing the witches as a threat to his own power and the fragile peace the Mandalorians had come to control, Mercla launched a brutal persecution of the Force-sensitive population. Those who practiced the magick were hunted down, silenced, and forced into hiding.
Under Mercla’s leadership, Martial Law was swiftly enacted across the planet. The once-thriving city of the Luminous Quarter was abandoned, its gleaming spires reduced to rubble and ruins. The witches retreated into the hidden corners of N'orlannia, their powers suppressed and their traditions kept in secrecy.
As the planet fell under the control of the Mandalorian clans, N'orlannia became a haven for the Mandalorian warriors who sought respite after working in Hutt Space. In exchange for protection and resources, the Mandalorians adhered to the ironclad rule of Garerd Mercla, the self proclaimed King of N'orlannia. The Mandalorians recovered in the planet's relative peace, while the common folk, now living under their strict laws, struggled in poverty, subjected to the oppressive rule of the Mandalorian Clan.
The witches, though weakened, still harbor hopes of reclaiming their power and restoring the balance that once existed. Their magick lies dormant, but hidden in the swamps, far from the watchful eyes of the Mandalorians, there are whispers of those who still carry the ancient traditions, awaiting the right moment to rise again.
