Biology: Martha grew up to a poor family in Sol to a single father who worked in a coal factory. While her father worked she dressed up like a guy and participated in Marksmen duels. She won three out of four duels and got into only one fist fight. She barely won the fist fight and walked off without getting her disguise busted. Her father died when the mine started to cave in and he stayed behind and held up the roof of the mine shaft just long enough for the other miners to escape.
