We have been toying with some mechanics and additional content to bring to the AoD, and I felt it proper to inquire and hear the thoughts of the community regarding coming changes, or suggestions people may have they wish to discuss.
- We plan on introducing some additional thread types, leading to a functioning and alive economy within the site for people to use those fancy credits/coins they farm in their accounts. Markets, shops and flee markets will be a thing, with occasional Events offering unique items (mainly of cosmetic nature, or so) for people to write around and enjoy.
- The Colonies and Warfare mechanics of the Fantasy branch will be moved into Star Wars, of course with slight twitch and bits changed to fit the setting (cant take planets with 400 dudes now can you 0.0).
- POIs will become Raidable, as they will be implemented to the Defense Upgrade mechanics of the Assault/Raid events for Hexes/Provinces. Though a POI (or Astrographic Element) will never be conquerable, in the sense a Hex is.
- Bounty Hunting mechanics. Though bit dangerous, excitment for this particular thing has been high so we decided to give it a crack and go for it. Soon, people will be able to hunt for targets, breakout attempts and organizing counter-bounty hunter traps will become a thing ^_^
