House Courtenay had been the backbone of Vethonny for House Belyea as High King Arnulf expanded his kingdom throughout Pottaun. Henri was born during this period and was raised to take his father’s place as the keeper of Vethonny until the time came that Pottaun returned to chaos and High Queen Noémi returned to Varracas.
Now Henri as a main facilitator of Vethonny joining the Northern Alliance has become a relied upon advisor for the High Queen and the drive to reunite Pottaun through force and diplomacy.
