1. Slow moving.
2. Hot/Humid weather. Wet padding decreases protective qualities.

Historical Information:
This unit was created in remembrance of Cochel soldiers during the siege of Teis. The one hundred Cochel soldiers had been surrounded by a thousand Fuxel soldiers and the dead comrades in the city. The one hundred Cochel soldiers cut the wool off their dead comrades and made coats out of it to stop Fuxel muskets. The one hundred Cochel soldiers then fought and killed the thousand Fuxel suffering heavy casualties. The Cochel soldiers who perished were rumored to be wearing a jacket of lead.
Modern Cochellion Heavy Coats are not front line units despite training as often as professional soldiers. They’re personal guards to Cochellion elected leaders, and royal family’s where their heavy coats can stop small pistol rounds.

@ImperialEevee cochel coats ^_^

1. Ranged/Melee Weaponry thing requires completion :P
2. I actually liked the fact you establish the durability of the coats in Strengths. However, during an engagement, though in Units, the rule of thumb is Attack vs Defence works based on 1-5 rating. So, a Very High Armoured unit will be in vacations when facing a low->Average attack, have little to no impact when facing High, and actually bleed when faced with a Very High attack stat. If a unit has defence of "N", a unit with "N-1" attack can pose a somewhat trouble, a unit with "N" attack stat is on equal footing and an "N+1" or higher can bleed the unit dry, because of overwhelming firepower/melee etc.

Of course, it is worth mentioning, those stats are indicative of the capacity to endure and deal damage. Using innovatively your units in the field, blending scrambling and organizing your troops and stuff, can actually reinforce the output, or negate others' advantages, depending on the scene unfolding. It is best to communicate with your opponents on such details.

In regards to Strength #1, I believe thick padded jackets to provide protection against projectiles such as arrows or musket fire would be better fitting.

3. On Weaknesses, how is the #2 weakness a con? Does it lose parts or whole of its protective properties? Does it wound the wearers? Does it cause inaccuracy in aiming?

4. I love the insight in the Historical Information. I would like though if you could expand on the actual behaviors of the units under this. How does this unit usually behave in the field? What kind of roles are they taking? Are they meant as vanguard to soak bullets? Are they skirmishers?
