Chief Councildrone Alexei Gregorovich Pushilin, a timid, yet boring person, was elected to his station after the aging out of his predecessor 100 years ago largely due to this fact. Despite holding his title for such a short time (by worker drone standards) he has done relatively little of note since taking office, letting his subordinates take over the day to day running of his former post. However, with the need for expansion due to overcrowding, he would be sent with 100 million workers from across Kopperian territory to colonize a new region under the protection of the 9th fleet. However, despite being the highest civilian representative, he found himself in the unenviable position to be trapped between a Fleet Admiral that had no intentions of letting him govern, and an ISB Major General who agreed with him. This, Alexei had no choice but to remain as little more than a figurehead as the military effectively took full control of the sector while he and his fellow Councildrones managed the civilian population and the day-to-day running of the colonies. Being a worker drone who never served in the military, Alexei has no combat experience, and as a worker drone, is unarmed.
