The C.E.S. Moon Queen was specially made by Queen Catalina after a group of pirates bragged about having a two ships with ten 100 pounder cannons. This ships and the three other ships Sun Queen, Lancer, and Diplomat were made to fight the nonexistent ships. The pirates resent their bragging after the Moon Queen was finished but the other three were made as they were paid for upfront. People had been hired by the naval yards at the time.
