Strengths
- Skirmishers. These troops are fast and easy to conceal units that are meant to harrass enemy units.
- Foragers. These troops are self sufficient, hailing from cultures that nurture the tracking, hunting and foraging to their offsprings, making them good scouts and even better ambush troops.
- Camuflage experts. The skirmishers can hide in almost any natural terrain. When breaking off from combat, they tend to pull into dense terrain that allows them to return into hiding, so as not to be pursued or effectivelly caught up by the enemy.

Weaknesses
- Limited Capacity. These troops are not equipped, trainned, and oftentimes willing, to engage or remain in melee engagement during a confrontation, instead prefer hit and run tactics.
- Weak against cavalry. They are unable to form any serious resistance or shield wall against cavalry charges.
- Disordered unit. These units have not been trained to act like a rank and file military force, which makes them vulnerable to organized enemy offensives.

Historical Information
The diverse environment of the Isles made for several cultures that inhabited the region to develop around the practices of hunting and tracking. Many were the wild animals that lurked the vast plains, high mountain ranges and dense woodlands of the Isles, and sometimes, someone who ventured too far from civilization needed to know when to keep tracking, and when to start running, as most of the wildlife was out to get them.

The Skirmishers are a rather disorganized, for the military standards, type of unit, yet they act as guerilla fighters, dealing with war like they were dealing with the many predators in the Isles: Death by a thousand cuts, while they strove to remain away from the actual claws. Their ability of tracking and identifying made them soon shine as scouts and trackers in Alblish and Isles hosts, while them being able to self-sustain allowed their leaders to use them as deep reconaissance and ambush troops.
